Two-Person Agency — Tilburg

The challenge

Two partners in Tilburg managed 20 clients together. Task allocation ran through WhatsApp, planning through a shared Google Sheet, and reporting through Canva templates they filled in by hand every month. When one partner was ill or on holiday, the whole system all but ground to a halt.
