General

  • Senly is an all-in-one platform for marketing agencies that replaces 25+ separate tools: content planning, AI captions, monthly reports, client management, a unified inbox and a white-label client portal — all in a single environment.

  • For marketing agencies that manage multiple clients and want to scale without tooling chaos. It is built for teams, not for solo freelancers with a single account.

  • The interface and public pages are available in Dutch, English, German and French.

  • Yes. Senly is fully available in the Netherlands and Belgium. Invoices are issued VAT-compliant for both countries, and support is available in Dutch and English.

  • Yes, Senly is a Dutch product. Servers are located in the EU, support is available in Dutch and English, and the privacy policy follows the GDPR (no US-based data processing).

  • Hootsuite and Sprout Social are built for in-house teams. Senly is purpose-built for agencies that manage multiple clients — with a white-label portal, pay-per-client pricing and a CRM layer that other tools lack.

Pricing & billing

  • Senly charges per active client, not per user or per feature. You only pay for the clients you manage; adding team members costs nothing extra.

  • No. You start with a free 14-day trial with full access, without a credit card and without commitments.

  • Yes, Senly is cancellable monthly. No annual contracts and no notice period.

  • Once you reach a certain number of active clients, the system automatically switches to the Scale rate. You don’t have to do anything yourself.

  • No. Clients you pause or archive don’t count towards billing. You only pay for actively managed clients in the current month.

  • There’s no plan to choose — the price automatically follows the number of active clients. Scale up or down without having to change anything.

  • Yes. With annual prepayment you get two months free (equivalent to ~17% discount). Monthly cancellation remains possible within that period.

  • For NL companies 21% VAT is charged. For Belgian companies with a VAT number the reverse-charge mechanism applies. Outside the EU no VAT is charged.

  • Yes. Your own domain, logo and colours are included by default. Clients see your agency, not Senly.

  • Yes. Senly generates 3–5 caption variants per post in each client’s brand voice, so every post is immediately on-brand.

  • Senly automatically generates a white-label PDF per client in your house style — without you having to spend any manual time on it.

  • Yes, you can schedule content per day, week or month. Senly publishes automatically at the chosen moment via OAuth — no manual action required.

  • Yes. Senly integrates with Canva, Google Drive and Metricool for asset import. Designs can be placed directly from Canva into the content calendar.

  • Senly is fully responsive in any modern browser. A native iOS/Android app is on the roadmap for 2026. Push notifications already work via PWA.

  • Yes. Clients log in to the white-label portal and see a visual preview per post. They can approve, reject or leave feedback — with audit trail.

  • A separate environment on your own domain where clients approve content, download reports, view invoices and chat with your team. Fully in your house style.

  • Yes. All DMs from Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok come together in one inbox per client. With response times, tags and team assignment.

  • Asset libraries are separated per client for brand protection. Templates and best practices can be shared within your own team.

  • Reach, engagement, follower growth, top posts, best posting times and hashtag performance. Per platform and as an overall view. All exportable to PDF.

Onboarding & support

  • Onboarding takes an afternoon: create a client, connect platforms via OAuth and schedule content. No consultancy track or training day required.

  • Yes, our team helps with the switch. Contact us via the contact page and we’ll think along with your situation.

  • Support via chat and email for everyone. On the higher plans you get dedicated onboarding and an SLA.

  • During business days we usually respond within 2 hours via chat. Email is answered within 1 working day. Premium clients have an SLA of 4 hours on business days.

  • Yes. The help centre contains 60+ articles with step-by-step explanations, video tutorials and best practices. Accessible via /helpcentrum.

  • Yes. With every plan you can schedule a free onboarding call where we walk your team through the platform. Duration: ~45 minutes.

  • Live chat is active between 9:00 and 17:00 on business days. Outside office hours we respond the next business day — critical outages are monitored 24/7.

Security & data

  • Senly uses AES-256-GCM encryption, multi-tenant isolation and GDPR-compliant processing. Client passwords are never shared.

  • Yes. Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. The details are in our privacy policy.

  • Access is centrally managed with granular permissions per team member. Nobody needs to share passwords.

  • Servers are in the European Union (Frankfurt, AWS region eu-central-1). No data processing via US cloud providers.

  • Yes. A data processing agreement (DPA) under the GDPR can be signed on request. It describes how Senly handles client and end-user data.

  • Yes. 2FA via authenticator app is available for all accounts. For enterprise clients SSO via Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 is possible.

  • On cancellation we retain your data for 30 days in case you return. After that everything is permanently deleted. You can request an export in advance via support.

  • Full database backups every 6 hours, with 30 days of retention. In addition, point-in-time recovery of the last 7 days at transaction level.

Team & collaboration

  • Unlimited. Senly charges per client, not per user. Add as many team members as you want at no extra cost.

  • Yes. You can set roles per team member: admin, content creator, account manager, finance. Each with their own permissions and visibility.

  • Yes. You can add freelancers per client with limited permissions. They only see the content and data of the clients they are working on.

  • Clients log in to the white-label portal for content approval, reports and invoices. They have no access to internal agency tools or other clients.

Integrations

  • Canva, Google Drive, Metricool, Stripe, Calendly, Zapier, Slack, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace. Full overview at /integraties.

  • A public API is on the roadmap for Q3 2026. For custom integrations you can already connect with other systems via Zapier or webhooks.

  • Yes. Stripe integration for automatic client invoices and subscription management. Invoices can also be generated manually via Moneybird or Exact.
