How do I manage email templates?

Go to Settings → Email → Templates. Here you create reusable templates for recurring messages: welcome mail, reminders, follow-ups, invoice mail, no-show reminders, etc.

Templates support all merge tags (`{{clientname}}`, `{{date}}`, etc.) and HTML formatting. You can override them per client — for example a special welcome message for coaching clients or e-commerce clients.

In campaigns and automations you select a template from a dropdown instead of typing it from scratch each time.
