In the left sidebar of Email above Inboxes there is a Filter by client dropdown. Pick a client and the inbox shows only mail related to that email address (the client contact details from your client profile are matched against sender/recipient).
Handy for quickly getting an overview of a specific collaboration without scrolling through 5000 other messages. Combinable with the mailbox filter (e.g. "only support mail from client X").
