How do I set a flat fee for a team member?

A flat fee is a fixed monthly compensation for a team member, separate from client assignments. Go to Manage → Team → click on the team member → tab Compensation → + Add flat fee.

Fill in:
- Role (Setter / Closer / Sales Manager / Manager / Admin)
- Monthly amount
- Start date
- Notes (optional)

The flat fee appears from the start date in Finance → Team members and is automatically included in the total.
