Click the sync button in the top-right of the tasks page (circular arrow). Senly pulls all tasks from GoHighLevel for clients you have access to and merges them with the existing list.
The automatic sync runs every few minutes in the background — so manual syncing is rarely needed, except when you just changed something in GHL and don't see it right away.
