How do I know whether my campaign was successful?

Open a sent campaign → tab Statistics. You see:

  • Sent — how many mails went out
  • Delivered — how many actually arrived (sent minus bounces)
  • Opened — open rate (% and absolute count)
  • Clicked — click rate (which link got the most clicks)
  • Unsubscribed — how many unsubscribes
  • Bounces — hard and soft broken out

Good B2B benchmarks: 25-35% open rate, 3-5% click rate. Below those numbers: check your subject line, recipient-list quality, and domain reputation.
