How does the anti-double-booking system work?

Senly pulls busy slots every 30 seconds from your connected Google/Outlook calendar (with a short cache to avoid overloading). Slots that overlap with external events are filtered out and not bookable.

This means a client can never pick a time when you already have an appointment — even if that appointment was made somewhere else (e.g. a direct Google Meet invite).
