Per assignment (team member × client × role):
1. Start with the monthly fee of the client.
2. Subtract the deduction (if set on this assignment).
3. Multiply by the commission percentage of the team member for their role.
4. Limit to the duration — if the assignment has a maximum number of months (e.g. 12 months for closers), commission stops after that period.
Example: monthly fee €1,500, deduction €300, commission percentage 10% → commission = (€1,500 − €300) × 10% = €120 for that month.
