There is no separate pause status. Three options:
Option 1 — Set the client to Inactive (client profile → status). Will no longer count toward revenue from that moment on.
Option 2 — Temporarily lower the monthly rate to €0. The client stays active in your portfolio but contributes nothing to revenue.
Option 3 — Use monthly overrides to adjust only the pause months downward.
Always note in the client notes (Internal or Temporary category) what the reason for the pause is, so you can reconstruct what happened later.
