I lost my phone with the authenticator app

Don't panic. Two options:

1. Use a backup code — when setting up 2FA, you received a few 8-digit backup codes. Enter one on the 2FA screen at login. Each code is one-time use.
2. Have an admin reset 2FA — ask another Admin in your agency to disable your 2FA via Admin → Users → your account → Reset 2FA. You can then log in again with only your password and reconfigure 2FA.

Are you the only Admin? Contact support — after identity verification, we can reset 2FA for you.
