Checklist:
1. Filter active? Check the sidebar: is a mailbox or client selected? Click All inboxes and Filter by client → All clients to clear filters.
2. Right folder? Are you accidentally in Archive / Spam / Trash? Switch to Inbox.
3. Account connection working? Go to Settings → Integrations → Email. Is the account green?
4. Hard refresh — Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or ⌘+Shift+R (Mac).
Still empty? Open a message from Gmail/Outlook in another tab to verify that you actually have mail. If not, the issue is at your provider, not at Senly.
