My mail lands in spam — what do I do?

Step 1: check your SPF / DKIM / DMARC. 80% of spam issues are due to missing or incorrect DNS records. Senly shows the status under Email → Domain status — green = OK, orange = warning, red = blocking.

Step 2: warm up your domain. A new domain that suddenly sends 1,000 mails = spam signal. Start with 50/day and ramp up slowly.

Step 3: cleaner lists. Do not send to old addresses that never respond — that lowers your sender reputation.

Still in spam? Send the full mail header (in Gmail: "Show original") to support — we analyze the spam score and help you build domain reputation.
