What if my Stripe Connect onboarding fails or is incomplete?

Open Affiliate and look at the Stripe section. If Stripe has rejected your verification or info is missing, you'll see a Complete onboarding button or an explanation of what's missing.

Click the button to reopen Stripe and fill in the missing data. Common issues:

  • ID unreadable — upload a sharper photo
  • IBAN invalid or not in your name
  • Address verification failed — check postal code and house number
  • VAT number invalid format
