Some team-member assignments have a maximum number of months (e.g. a closer receives 12 months of commission after the sale). The page shows:
- Expiring soon — less than 2 months to go. Time to plan a follow-up or consider an extension.
- Expired — the maximum duration has been reached; commission is no longer paid from the next month.
Want to extend an assignment? You can do that via the client profile → tab Team → edit assignment → extend duration.
