A deduction is a fixed amount in euros that you can set per assignment between a team member (Appointment Setter / Closer / Sales Manager) and a client. This deduction lowers two things at the same time:
1. The team member's commission — the calculated commission is first reduced by the deduction, then paid out.
2. The team member's view of the client revenue — in their own commission dashboard, the team member sees a lower monthly fee (the fee minus the deduction) so that their percentage is calculated on that.
Useful, for example, to offset ad spend, external content costs or platform costs before a commission is paid out — without the team member seeing amounts you don't want to share.
