Client costs are direct costs you incur for one specific client — think ad budget, external content production, licensed stock photos or a freelance editor.
Open the client profile → tab Finance → + Client cost. Fill in description, amount and frequency (one-off or monthly).
Client costs are deducted from the monthly rate in the net contribution calculation and are visible in Finance → Clients per client.
