Common causes:
1. Invoice date vs payment date — Senly counts by invoice month by default; your bookkeeper may use the payment date.
2. VAT inclusive vs excluding VAT — Senly shows amounts excluding VAT by default; check whether your bookkeeper does the same.
3. Monthly overrides — manual overrides replace automatic calculations.
4. Client costs — only registered through Senly, not automatically linked to a real expense in your bank.
5. Exchange rates — with multiple currencies Senly uses the rate at invoice date; your bookkeeper may use a different one.
For exact bookkeeping figures: always use the Moneybird export or a direct export from your bank.
