The quick search panel (`Cmd+K` on Mac / `Ctrl+K` on Windows) is available for all logged-in users. But the results are role-dependent:
- Admin sees all clients, tasks and pages
- Manager sees only their assigned clients + the pages they have rights to
- Sales roles see only their own leads + sales pages
The panel automatically filters on page access — pages you have no rights to don't appear in the search results.
