Does the team member see the deduction amount?

No — the deduction is an internal agency amount. In their commission dashboard, the team member only sees:

• The monthly fee minus deduction (presented as monthly fee without further explanation)
• Their own commission percentage on top of that
• The commission amount to be paid out

This prevents discussions or insight into your cost structure. The deduction is only visible to admins on Finance → Team members and on the team tab of the client profile.
