How it works

Many agencies store client assets in Google Drive: brand kits, product photos, video shoots, logo variants. Senly's Google Drive integration lets you add files to content straight from Drive without downloading them locally.

This is especially handy for teams: one Drive folder structure per client, all assets shared, and direct access from Senly while creating content.

How to enable it.

  1. 1Open the client in Senly → Integrations
  2. 2Click "Connect Google Drive"
  3. 3Log in to Google and grant Senly read-only access
  4. 4Select which Drive folder to link to this client
  5. 5Senly indexes the files and makes them available

About the Google Drive integration.

Does Senly get full access to my Drive?

No. Only to the specific folders you link. Senly's app requests minimal permissions (read-only for linked folders).

Does this work with Shared Drives (Team Drives)?

Yes. Both personal Drives and Shared Drives are supported.

Is my Drive data stored anywhere?

Senly doesn't cache Drive files permanently. Assets are streamed or temporarily cached when in use and then removed.

Does Dropbox or OneDrive work too?

Yes. Dropbox is fully supported. OneDrive is coming in Q3 2026.
