Yes. The Drive connection automatically detects which domain you're logged into (`senly.io` or your own custom domain) and sends you back to the correct portal afterwards.
One thing to keep in mind: your Google OAuth redirect must be allowed for all portal hostnames — Senly handles that itself via the master credentials. So if you've just configured a new custom domain and the Drive connection doesn't work yet: wait until DNS is fully propagated (5-30 min) and try again.
