Open a campaign, go to the Tracking tab, and toggle it on.
- Open tracking — works via an invisible 1x1 pixel image. Counts as soon as the message is opened and images are allowed to load.
- Click tracking — all links in the message go through a redirect URL so Senly can register the click before the user reaches the real URL.
Note: Apple Mail privacy protection opens images automatically for proxy fetch, which artificially inflates open rates. Click rate is a much more reliable KPI in 2025+.
