How do I deactivate a team member?

Go to Admin → Users, open the team member and set the status to Inactive. The team member can no longer log in, but:

  • All historical data is preserved
  • Assigned tasks/leads remain attached to this deactivated user — manually reassign
  • The account no longer counts toward your seat count for billing

Want to delete the account permanently instead of deactivating? Click Delete — historical data is anonymized (tasks/leads remain, name becomes "Deleted user").
