Go to My profile → Timezone and choose your location (Amsterdam, Istanbul, New York, Sydney, etc.). Dates and times across the entire portal — meeting bookings, tasks, activity feed, statistics — will from now on be shown in your timezone.
Each user has their own timezone setting. A NL admin viewing the meetings of a Turkish colleague still sees them in NL times on their screen. For client communication, the client's timezone is automatically used.
