How do I add a one-off item?

Go to Finance → Other → One-off items and click + One-off item. Fill in:

  • Date — determines which month the item falls in
  • Type — income or cost
  • Amount and description
  • Client (optional) — link to a client for client-specific reporting

One-off items are only counted in the selected month and are ideal for ad budgets, one-off assignments, or incidental costs like a new laptop.
