How do I change a team member's role?

Go to Admin → Users, find the team member and click the edit icon. Choose another role in the dropdown and save.

Note:

  • You cannot change your own role — ask another Admin
  • When changing role from Admin to Manager, the team member immediately loses access to financials and Admin
  • When changing to sales role, the team member loses client management rights

Existing data (assigned tasks, leads, clients) remains preserved.
