Edit calendar → tab Questions (or Forms) → add questions. Types: short text, long text, single-choice, multi-choice. Per question you indicate whether it is required.
Answers come along in the confirmation email to you and are visible in the booking details. Ideal for intake info like "What is your biggest challenge?" or "Which package are you considering?".
