Open client → tab Brand voice. Describe:
- Tone — formal or casual; distant or warm
- Keywords — that should or should not appear
- Example captions — upload 5-10 captions the client themselves likes
- DO/DONT notes — steer the AI in every generation
The more specific, the less you need to tweak afterwards. The AI uses this profile automatically in every generation for that client.
