What do I do with an unknown error message?

Step-by-step for any unexpected error:

1. Refresh the page (`F5` or `Cmd+R`) — often a temporary hiccup
2. Screenshot of the error message including the URL
3. Note the time — helps support search in logs
4. What were you doing before? — which button, which client, which action
5. Try another browser to rule out whether it's local

Send all this via the Conversation tab in support. The more context, the faster we can solve it.
