For each referral, the status can be:
- Active — agency has a paying subscription; you receive commission every month
- Waiting — agency signed up via your link but not yet paying (trial or unconverted)
- Cancelled — agency cancelled the subscription; no new commissions
- Refund — a payment was refunded and the corresponding commission has been reversed
The KPI card "Total referrals" breaks this down so you can see at a glance how many of your leads actually convert.
