Paused = temporary interruption. The client stays visible in the list but is not counted in monthly profit calculations and open-task stats. Integrations with GHL, Canva and Drive remain intact.
Inactive = definitive goodbye. The client disappears from the active list, no longer counts anywhere and can only be found via the Inactive filter. All data is preserved.
Use Paused for a client's vacation or contract pause, Inactive for cancelled clients.
