The schedule:
1. Agency pays — commission is booked as "Pending".
2. 30-day waiting period — if there was no refund or chargeback that month, the commission moves to "Available".
3. Monthly payout run — around the 15th of each month, all "Available" amounts are collected and automatically transferred to your bank via Stripe Connect.
4. Confirmation email — you receive an email notification once the transfer has been executed.
The 30-day waiting period protects both you and Senly from refunds — money that has been paid out doesn't need to be clawed back.
