Which meeting locations can I choose?

In the calendar settings you pick a Location:

  • Google Meet — link is auto-created with Google connection
  • Microsoft Teams — link auto-generated with Outlook connection
  • Zoom — with a connected Zoom account
  • Phone — client sees "we will call you"
  • In person — fill in an address
  • Custom — free text field (e.g. a Whereby or Jitsi link)

The chosen location appears in the confirmation email and (if online) as a direct attendee link.
