In the calendar settings you pick a Location:
- Google Meet — link is auto-created with Google connection
- Microsoft Teams — link auto-generated with Outlook connection
- Zoom — with a connected Zoom account
- Phone — client sees "we will call you"
- In person — fill in an address
- Custom — free text field (e.g. a Whereby or Jitsi link)
The chosen location appears in the confirmation email and (if online) as a direct attendee link.
