Senly has 6 note types per client — choose consciously per type:
- DO — what the client always wants to see (tone, format, recurring elements, fixed hashtags)
- DONT — what absolutely may not happen (mentioning competitors, certain topics, off-brand colors)
- Context — background about the client (history, target audience, USPs, running campaigns)
- Inspiration — examples of content that works (links to posts, screenshots, references)
- Temporary — temporary focus points (expires automatically, e.g. "no ads this week")
- Internal — only for your team (handover info, sensitive remarks, escalation history)
Rule of thumb: everything new team members need to know to serve the client well → notes. One-off actions → tasks.
