Which tools can I allow or restrict per role?

Per Manager role, an Admin can toggle a number of permissions on or off via Admin → Users → Role permissions:

  • Deactivate / delete client
  • See all tasks (instead of only own)
  • Trigger GHL sync
  • View / edit financials

The remaining rights (Admin, Manager, Setter, Closer, Sales Manager) are fixed and predefined — see Role overview for the exact matrix.
