Not as a direct feature, but with this workaround: create a few "template posts" with status Draft and label them in the title (e.g. "[TPL] Monday motivation"). Duplicate them each time as a base for new content.
For structural templates: combine with Backup content (client → Backup content tab) — that is meant as reusable stock.
