How do I effectively handle my month-end closing?

An efficient month-end closing in 5 steps:

1. Last week (Wed-Fri) — finish all open tasks, schedule content until end of month
2. Last working day — check Financials: are rates, costs, deductions correct? Adjust before month switch.
3. First working day of new month — open Reports, click Generate monthly report per client. Check figures and send via connected mail.
4. Billing — generate invoices via integration (Moneybird/Stripe) or manually. Send immediately.
5. Reflection — view dashboard: which clients cost more than they generated? Tackle those next month.

Make 1-2 hours every month for this — prevents a lot of last-minute work.
