The person profile on the Client info tab is a free-text description about the person behind the client — intended for handover between managers (max 2000 chars). What does and doesn't belong in there?
Yes:
- Communication preference (email/call/Whatsapp, pace)
- Personality (formal/informal, sense of humor)
- Background (company story, life stage, motivations)
- Touchy topics you need to approach carefully
No:
- Sensitive medical / financial details
- Political opinions that aren't relevant for the work
- Gossip or slander
