Open client → set Status to Paused. A paused client stays visible in the list but is not counted in monthly profit calculations and open-task stats. The link with integrations (GHL, Canva, Drive) remains intact.
Only use deactivate when you definitively say goodbye — then they count in the Inactive filter and no longer in dashboard numbers.
