On the Pipeline board: drag the lead card from one column to another. The change saves immediately.
Alternative: click on the lead card to open the detail panel, then pick another phase from the Stage dropdown. Also saves immediately.
If you move a lead to Won or Lost, Senly optionally asks for a reason (handy for your loss analysis).
