Go to CRM → Reports → Leakage analysis. Per stage you see:
- % of leads that went to Lost
- Top-3 loss reasons (from the dropdown you fill in when marking Lost)
- Comparison with the previous month
Focus first on the stage with the highest leakage percentage — that is your quick win. Leaking 50% on "Quote sent"? Time to look at pricing, follow-up cadence, or quote template.
