Three options:
1. Search bar in CRM — at the top of every CRM page, searches by name, company name, email, and phone. Results appear as you type.
2. Global quick search — press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) anywhere in the portal. Searches across clients, leads, contacts, tasks, and pages.
3. Filters in Pipeline — filter by stage, tag, assigned employee, or date.
