Cancelling is fully self-service, with no notice period: go to Profile → Subscription and choose cancel. Your subscription then runs until the end of the period you already paid for and stops automatically.
Afterwards we keep your data for 90 more days for export or reactivation; you receive an email before anything is permanently deleted.
