Go to Settings → Integrations → Email and choose your provider:
- Gmail / Outlook — OAuth flow: you log in at Google or Microsoft and authorize Senly. No password, no app password, and you keep control inside your Google/Microsoft account.
- IMAP — enter host, port, username and (app) password. Works for iCloud, Yahoo, Hostnet, your own mail servers, and pretty much anything that speaks IMAP. For iCloud, Yahoo, and Gmail you have to generate an app-specific password — your regular password will not work.
Once connected, the account appears in the left sidebar under Inboxes and you can read and send mail straight from Senly.
