How do I create a new lead?

Go to CRM → Pipeline and click + Add lead (top right or in the first column). Fill in:

  • Name — contact person
  • Company name — name of the organization
  • Email & phone — contact details
  • Value — estimated contract value in euros
  • Price frequency — one-off / per hour / per month / per year
  • Source — how the lead came in (LinkedIn, website, cold, referral, etc.)
  • Tags — free-form (e.g. "hospitality", "hot lead", "Q3 target")

The lead appears immediately in the first stage of the selected pipeline.
