How do I set the value of a lead?

Open the lead card and fill in the Value (€) field with the estimated contract amount. Then set Price frequency:

  • One-off — project budget of e.g. €5,000.
  • Per hour — hourly rate × estimated hours.
  • Per month — fixed monthly amount (default for SM agencies).
  • Per year — for longer-running contracts.

On the lead card, the frequency appears behind the amount ("€800 / month"). The sum per stage shows at the bottom of every Kanban column — handy for estimating pipeline value.
