Three pillars:

1. Email templates — for recurring messages (welcome email, monthly report, invoice reminder). Managed centrally by Admin.
2. Brand voice per client — captured in Client info + notes (DO/DONT). AI uses this automatically during content generation.
3. Activity log + Team chat — every team member sees who emailed what. Weekly 15-min team stand-up about notable client situations.

Monthly: adjust templates based on what worked well/poorly. Onboarding new team members becomes much faster this way.
