In the client profile → click Add tags. Tags are freely fillable (e.g. "hospitality", "VIP", "waiting-for-content"). On the client list, filter via the tag pill to quickly see all clients with that tag.
Difference with service type: service is fixed (Management/Growth), tags are flexible and you can use multiple per client.
