Senly applies role-based filtering to the Pipeline:
- Admin — sees all leads within the tenant.
- Manager — sees their own leads + those of their team.
- Appointment Setter — only sees leads they have brought in or been explicitly assigned.
- Sales Manager / Closer — sees leads that have been passed on from setters.
Really missing a lead? Ask an Admin to choose the All employees filter in the Pipeline — leads from others will appear there too.
